1. About these terms

These terms are between Virtual Offices Network Ltd (company no. 14891248, registered office Gatcombe House, Copnor Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO3 5EJ), trading as Company Data Pro ("we") and the business that signs up for Company Data Pro ("you"). Company Data Pro is for business use only. By signing up you confirm you're acting for a business and can agree to these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

Company Data Pro gives your users access to information about newly registered UK companies, contact details we find for them, and tools to manage leads. Company information comes from Companies House. Contact details come from public sources and we can't guarantee they're complete, current or accurate. Companies are placed in an area by their registered office address on Companies House, which may not be where the business trades. We aim to keep the service available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

2A. Plans

Area plan: covers new companies whose registered office is in one postcode area (for example Portsmouth area, PO), chosen when you sign up. The area applies to every user on your account and can't be changed afterwards; for wider coverage you can move up to the Nationwide plan. Nationwide plan: covers new companies across the UK. Spreadsheet downloads include only leads your team has marked as being worked (currently Interested, Meeting booked or Sent to CRM), and we keep a record of downloads.

3. Users and accounts

Each plan includes one named user, and each extra user you pay for covers one further named person. Logins mustn't be shared. You're responsible for the people you add and for keeping passwords safe. The person who signs up is the account owner and can add, remove and manage users and billing.

4. Fees and payment

Fees, paid in advance by card through Stripe, plus VAT, are: Area plan £9.99 a month or £99.90 a year, each extra user £5.99 a month or £59.90 a year; Nationwide plan £19.99 a month or £199.90 a year, each extra user £15.99 a month or £159.90 a year. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Extra users added part-way through a period are charged pro rata for the rest of that period.

Yearly plans are a commitment for 12 months. The full year's fee is paid up front and isn't refundable if you stop using the service or cancel part-way through the year. A yearly plan renews automatically for a further 12 months at the end of each year unless you cancel before the renewal date; we'll email you a reminder at least 30 days before each renewal. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change. There is no free trial and, except where the law says otherwise, payments are not refundable.

5. Cancelling

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Yearly plans can be cancelled at any time to stop the next renewal, but the current year remains payable and isn't refunded. In both cases, cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and access continues until then. Email hello@companydatapro.co.uk or use Settings to cancel. If a payment fails we'll email you and try again 7 days later, and you can keep using the service in the meantime. If the second attempt also fails, your subscription ends and access is paused; your data is kept, and you can renew at any time to carry on. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.

6. Using the data responsibly

You must use the data lawfully, including UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). In particular you're responsible for your own marketing: being relevant, identifying yourself, checking the Telephone and Corporate Telephone Preference Services where required, and honouring requests to stop. You mustn't resell, publish or bulk-share the data outside your business, or use it to build a competing product. You become a separate controller of any personal data you download or export.

7. Your data

Notes, statuses and other information your team adds belong to you. We'll only use it to provide the service. You can ask us to export or delete it.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we're not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect loss, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
